  4. If it’s a good fit, we email you the next steps, which include an online credit and background check, and set up your tour.
What do I need to qualify?
  1. A complete inquiry form: your contact details, where you live now, and your landlord’s name and phone number.
  2. Rental history we can confirm with the landlords you list. If you have been at your current address under a year, we ask for your previous one too.
  3. An online credit and background check, which we send to applicants we move forward with.
How much is the security deposit?

Usually equal to one month’s rent, depending on the home and application.

How do I request maintenance?

Residents can submit a request online or email us. Emergencies such as leaks or no heat are handled the same day.
